AXS review: Purchased tickets for Katy Perry in May for a concert in August

I purchased 2 Katy Perry tickets in May on AXS - verified resale, received the email confirmation that said, 'get exicited to see Katy Perry.' My husband and I go to Vegas and we uber to Resorts World, I pulled up the app, the tickets were not there for some reason but I did have the email. I go to the box office they tell me those tickets are not valid and people with those tickets are already in. So here we are excited for what we thought were tickets we did purchase and have confirmation from in May and we were denied entry. I try to find a phone number for AXS and I send an email hoping for a solution as we are standing there. No phone number and no email response back, not for over a week after sending 2 emails. I did receive one phone call from a so called 'supervisor,' he pretty much laughed at me. I said why was I not notified I had 'no tickets,' he said he can not answer that as I did receive a refund to my credit card, which I did not notice and I received no email back in July a few weeks before the concert and 2 months after original purchase. I asked simply why I was not notified he laughed and said he does not know the answer the event has taken place. I then asked to speak to another supervisor and he spoke over me and said this was my 1 and only courtesy call. He was not courtious at all, the complete opposite. I will never purchase from their website again. Definite buyer beware!
