This is worst service by awok.com. I had ordered a bunch of items from your website on the date 30th April 2018 but it still showing on processing, I called your customer service persons several times and they are committing day after day but I am still not received the item. So please arrange my ordered item as soon as possible.

AWOK took back my damaged delivery after a week and now it's been a 29 days I didn't receive the replacement. The minute we received the damaged delivery we reported it in.
The working ethics are very poor. Intact the worst I have seen in online business.
Today I called their service center and the operator said he's not the right person to speak to. I asked who's the right person and he replied someone will call in the next 24 hours. So I really wonder if AWOK will replace or send me my cash with interest and tax refund.

I was call last week by a supposed delivery agent who started to tell me I was to pay additional amount I am not aware of, meant for a supposed duty fees... We argued briefly and I was expecting to see him and pay that duty fee and pick my order... He hasn't since arrived. What is the case is that I will be leaving my current location in a week's time, and yet my order, which I paid online is still at large... Not yet received!

Everything simply shows that Awok.com is taking advantage of customers, bcos one of the ethics of transactions is full disclosure of information, which isn't the case here... All the same, I am ready to pay the supposed duty and pick my order, but for this whole week I have sent more than three mails to their sale support email, they haven't responded to one, even though the reply always imply they gonna contact me in 24 or 48 hours... Are they serious at all?!

Kindly facilitate to let them send my order to me in the possible sooner time... Thanks!

I will cancelled my order wi have a deal that you will bring my item today 10am-2pm but the driver did not deliver. I need my items to send to Philippine tomorrow the hair trimmer how can I send it to Philippines to tomorrow if you deliver on Saturday. So better to cAncelled it and I will not order to your company again. All the items I will cancelled. Thank you

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER

I made an order for perfumes and watches worth more than $400 from awok.com on the 5th of March 2018, from their website, they indicated that they can ship to Mozambique only to be told after almost 3 weeks by DHL that the package was on hold in South Africa because perfumes are dangerous goods. I have written numerous emails to them with no response at all. DHL finally told me that they were going to destroy my shipment and they had confirmed this with awok, but awok is not saying anything or responding to my emails about my refund. Anyone knows how I can get my refund?

I have purchase a Huawei Y6II mobile with the order #: [protected] delivered on April 12, 2018. During the time i installing the programs it suddenly shot-off then i try to reboot the phone their no success showing the logo of Huawei immediately i wrote a complaint to awok.com regarding that i received defective mobile. I have attached a video of the actual item. I would like to request a refund my amount which i paid for the item.

I have purchase a wireless bluetooth single ear mini headset with the order #: [protected] delivered last April 9, 2018. Unfortunately, upon opening it, the headset is broken. I have attached a photos of the actual item upon opening. I would like to request a replacement of the same item without any delivery charge as it is not my fault to have received such condition of the item. I ordered an iPhone from awok.com from saudi on February 8th with order number [protected] and today it is april 8th till now i have not ricieved the product this is my very bad experience with awok.com, tried contacting with customer support but no result also tried to contact the shipping company they too not responding properly.

I complain the item already before because the battery is fit to phone. They change i think only the battery not the item. Now i open the phone and i use the problem now when the phone is going to 60% of battery its shutdown when open again its battery empty even if im not using battery is going down. How many time do i need to complain. I am very very disapointed much better give its back my money or else i will direct to the police station and i will complain awok.com we pay properly but you didnt give a better service and item . Do this one an action or else i will direct in the police to complain awok.com

i purchased Lg V10 refurbished, i receive it Feb 3, 2018. during the time i installing the programs it suddenly shot-off then i try to reboot the phone their no success showing the logo of LG immediately i wrote a complaint to awok.com regarding that i received defective mobile. the next day they response asking me to shoulder the cost of returned to Dubai so that they can process my refund... because i want for urgent process of refund i immediately return the product. based on SMSA tracking shown they received the item Feb 5, 2018... do you believe that until now no refund i received, no contact from them... i try to write an email and call from their customer service but unfortunately no response. really they are worst online company i purchase for.

I complain already almost 1 month regarding to this matter. They take already the items 2weeks ago but until now theres no action regarding to my complain i dont want the cellphone anymore give it back my money im very very disappointed i pay properly when i get the item but item is not good. Im very dissapointed. You give phone but the battery is fit.

I received a package from awok.com by smsa shipping company, a package containing note8 galaxy phone and gold plated rose necklace. I didn't receive the necklace, the package was bad packaging, opend with hands clearly, becouse it was bad packaging no tapes or anything. I contact smsa immediately and yesterday the told me to contact you to solve the issue between you and smsa.

Dear sir

I bought a new mobile Samsung pro C9 through order number [protected]. The phone is asking for a network access number as it seems to be tied to some network.

I tried to lodge a complaint online but even after waiting for 10 minutes the site does not load (did it many times) - Screen shot attached for easy reference.

Kindly take back the phone immediately and refund the amount paid please.

Now already 54 days still items not delivered
I wrote them than more than 10 times, Their replies are irrelevant or they reply through automatic text reply.
Lot of people are suffering because of them. No one is taking any action against them
They are confusing the saudi customers through their website sa. awok.com

Yesterday I received the order, three Bluetooth earphones, thank God fast delivery and great product, but I found one of the earphonesNumber command.: 449.163.599.1 is not working, although I try to charge it lights up the red light, but it remains for the situation and if left for hours contrary to the other two men work well.

I hate AWOK the delivery time takes like 8 days and then after it arrives some products are damaged and I ordered a humidifier the outer plastic is broken and the action camera screen is broken the worst service and the 1dhs offers are spam and I called them before I told them please send it early but they didn't and they were like we put it on high priority but nothing seemed to work and the processing takes 10 days and this was my first order I thought AWOK was good but no I don't recommend this at all

I ordered 3 Items on 26th Feb and I received them on 1st Mar. In your Ad they r mentioned as new but two of them I found them unsealed and they seem that refurbished. One of them looks good but defective. It is my first time to order. I am really disappointed and I will not recommend anyone to purchase. We r paying money. A single Dirham has value for us. Stop playing.

I bought 2 nos of Bluetooth. Order number [protected]. They sold me one pcs defective and refused to replace it.
Earlier by another order they delivered a watch with broken glass, and also refused to replace or refund it.
Customer service, including supervisor has NO Authority of Decision making. Claims section exists just on papers, and absolutely useless. Worst product, worst service, the biggest disappointment in Dubai.
