They say they are a family owned business but it’s far from the small business personal experience.
First of all, they barely speak English, so it is very difficult to communicate with them. Second of all some of the phone numbers don’t work and when you call the local store, they have no idea what’s going on. They can’t even call the driver up personally they have to go through a one 800 number to solve the problem.
So I needed flowers delivered for a funeral so I paid extra to have a Rush, order and I ordered it all online by picking a specific arrangement that was very expensive. So I follow up with a phone call just to make sure they got the order and she could see the order, but she was concerned that they would not be able to meet the deadline even though I paid extra for a Rush, order to have it there at a certain time that was agreed-upon before I placed the order.
So she said the Florist would call me back in five minutes and of course they didn’t call so I called back an hour later and she said she would escalate the request and have the lady call and that there was plenty of time because they didn’t close till 8 PM. So of course I did not get a phone call to get any of this stuff worked out the night before the delivery. It was to happen for the funeral.
So I get an email this morning saying that all the flowers are out of stock in the arrangement I chose then I got another text message that said they had the wrong address. So I called and the phone number they left me was not even working phone number so I had to call a different number. So when I finally got a hold of someone she couldn’t Help me so I had to be transferred to another guy and he said the address looked correct but that they did not have the flowers to complete my order and they needed to know if they could substitute. How do you not have roses and daisies available all the time? I don’t understand that.
So an hour before the service is to begin, I’m giving approval for them to substitute flowers. Insane! If they would’ve called me back last night like they said they were going to this would’ve all been taken care of and there wouldn’t have been any rushing around.
So there’s a disconnect with this company with the local florist in each city so I don’t know what the problem is, but it is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through with a florist and I still don’t know if the flowers are gonna be delivered on time or not.
DO NOT order from this company. They should be shut down. Not sure how they can even stay in business with all these bad reviews.
