Wrong Part
I recently ordered parts from, partsgeek.com. Upon ordering the part I was not sure on the correct part or part number, so I utilized the chat box and enter my concerns. Support agent asked for VIN, for which I gladly provided. After VIN was given, the support agent sent me a hyperlink with the correct part I needed. I ordered straight from the hyperlink, received part. Part did not match the original part installed on vehicle. When back online and repeated the same steps as previously, with a different support agent the results were the same as before. At that point I explain to the support agent and he started the process for return. I recommend that they should update their data base or source of information. However, upon returning part. I'm responsible for shipping because I ordered the wrong part. When through all steps as recommended by partsgeek and they still concluded it was my fault
Desired outcome: Pay for the shipping on return part
