Cartech Automotive

I hit up Cartech Automotive on August 1st for some engine work on my truck. They said to bring it over and they'd fix it up. On August 27th, they said there was a misfire and they had to tear it down and replace the short block. I said okay. On November 5th, they said they took apart the engine and machined the heads, but were still waiting on the short block. I hit them up again on December 2nd and they still hadn't fixed it. The dude offered me $2000 cash for the truck, but we couldn't agree on a price. I hit them up again on December 17th and still no work done. I tried again on February 9th and still no progress. I hit them up on March 30th and April 28th, but they didn't answer. I went to the shop and they said they still hadn't done anything. I hit them up again on May 30th and they said they were working on it. On June 8th, they said they finally found a burnt piston and couldn't find a new one, so they offered to re-ring it and put it back in. I found new parts online and delivered them to the shop the next day. As of today, June 30th, 2022, it's been almost a whole year and they still haven't fixed it. I want my truck back for free or for them to fix it already.
