I ordered and prepaid €515 for a rental car in the beginning of May 2026. The car was to be picked up at Rome Airport FCO the 20:th of June 2026. At arrival in Rome 20 2026 I was unable to find a representative for Auto Europe nor any contact information about the company. Other car hires I spoke with told me that Auto Europe was an agent not a car hire and they new nothing about it. After couple of hours struggle in Rome I was forced to hire a car from another company.

Claimed loss: €515 for prepaid fee for no service.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my money back.
