Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Don't Trust Online Retailers

I recently bought something from Audio Savings and unfortunately, it was a dud right from the start. I gave them a call to let them know and they said they'd get back to me within 24 hours. But it's been a whole week now and I haven't heard a peep from them. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really hoping they'd come through for me, but it looks like I was wrong.

I guess this is just a reminder that you can't always trust these online retailers. Sometimes they'll promise you the world and then leave you high and dry when things go wrong. It's a tough lesson to learn, but I'm not gonna let it get me down. I'll just have to be more careful in the future and make sure I'm dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Audio Savings to anyone. They might have some good deals, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values your business.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Defective Product and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings and unfortunately, the amp I received was defective. It was quite disappointing to have to deal with this issue, especially since I was excited to use my new purchase. When I called Audio Savings to explain the situation, they were not very helpful and did not want to send me a prepaid shipping label. This meant that I had to pay out of pocket to return the defective product. I have attached a photo of the shipping label for reference.

I must say that I was quite frustrated with this experience. It is never a good feeling to receive a defective product, and it is even worse when you have to pay to return it. I was hoping that Audio Savings would have been more understanding and willing to help me out. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

If you are someone who doesn't mind receiving defective products and then having to pay out of pocket to return them without reimbursement, then Audio Savings might be the place for you. However, if you are looking for a company that values their customers and stands behind their products, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. Overall, my experience with Audio Savings was not a positive one and I would not recommend them to others.

Audio Savings Terrible Experience with Audio Savings - Do Not Buy From Them

I wouldn't recommend Audio Savings to anyone. I bought an amplifier from them and it was busted when I got it. It took me a long time to get in touch with them, and when I finally did, they told me that my warranty had expired. They sent me back the same broken amplifier and refused to fix or replace it, saying that there was nothing wrong with it. I feel like they just took my money and ran. So, save your money and don't buy from Audio Savings.

Audio Savings Mixed Experience with Audio Savings: Slow Shipping and Inconsistent Prices and Service

Audio Savings is a website that sells audio equipment, but they still have some work to do. I ordered something from them, but it took a long time to arrive. The prices on their website are also different from what you can find on Amazon. If you have a problem with your order, they don't always handle it well. Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Out of Stock Items and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings for two items that were listed as being in stock. I went through the checkout process, paid for my order, and received an order confirmation. However, after a week had passed, I still had not received any updates on the status of my order.

Feeling concerned, I decided to call Audio Savings' customer service department to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, I was informed that my order had been cancelled because the items were actually out of stock. I was disappointed to learn this news, especially since I had not received any communication from Audio Savings about the cancellation.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund to process. I have not received any emails or updates from Audio Savings regarding the status of my refund. As a result, I have decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I bought a big order from Audio Savings for 1100 dollars and it was a total disaster. They told me it would arrive on a certain day, but it was seven days late and I couldn't even track my things. I tried to contact them by email, but they never replied. When I finally got my order, it was missing some items and it was a real pain to get my money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. I will never shop there again.

I recently had an experience with Audio Savings that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had placed an order for a replacement remote for my sound system, but unfortunately it never arrived. Audio Savings Disappointed with Audio Savings: Received Used Product Instead of New

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings for a Metra in dash harness. I was a bit disappointed when I received the product as it was not in the usual green Metra plastic pouch that I am used to seeing. Instead, it arrived in a plain white plastic bag. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the brackets had some scratches on them and it was clear that the harness had been used before.

I was a bit upset about this as I had paid for a new product and not a used one. However, since it was a relatively cheap item, I decided not to follow up on it. I do want to mention though that selling a used product as new is not honest and it shows a lack of integrity.

Overall, I am not too happy with my experience with Audio Savings. I hope they can improve their quality control and ensure that all products are new and unused before shipping them out to customers. It's important to be honest and transparent in business, and I hope they can learn from this mistake.

I recently had an experience with Audio Savings that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a PA speaker from their website, but when the package arrived, I was surprised to find a guitar cable instead. I immediately contacted their customer service team to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, things only got worse from there.

At first, the representative I spoke with seemed helpful and understanding. They apologized for the mistake and assured me that they would send out the correct item right away. However, when I followed up a few days later to check on the status of my order, I was told that they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill my request. Instead, they offered me a strange solution - if I cut the guitar cable in half and sent them a photo, they would issue me a refund.

I was baffled by this response. Why would they ask me to destroy a perfectly good product just to prove that they had made a mistake? It seemed like a ridiculous and wasteful request, and I was hesitant to comply. However, I didn't see any other options at the time, so I reluctantly agreed to their terms.

To make matters worse, I later received an email from Audio Savings claiming that my PA speaker was waiting for me at the post office. This was a blatant lie, as I had already been told that the item was out of stock and couldn't be shipped to me. It felt like they were just trying to string me along and avoid taking responsibility for their mistake.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Audio Savings. Their customer service was unhelpful and their solutions were impractical and frustrating. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this website to proceed with caution and be prepared for potential issues.

Audio Savings Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Product Sent: My Experience with Audio Savings

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Audio Savings. I ordered a product from them, but they ended up sending me the wrong thing. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. I tried calling them multiple times, but all I got was a recording and then they hung up on me. And when I tried emailing them, I didn't get any response at all. It's like they just don't care about their customers.

I mean, come on, if you're running a business, you should at least have some kind of customer service, right? But nope, not Audio Savings. They just leave you hanging, with no way to return the wrong product or get a refund. It's frustrating and honestly pretty disrespectful.

In the end, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. And even then, it was a hassle. I really wouldn't recommend Audio Savings to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, you're better off looking elsewhere.
