AT&T review: The worst company

My company has AT&T for more than 5 + years for cell phones. It took 2 years of asking to get a paper statement from them before finally getting them. Every time you call for help you should plan on spending hours to get it solved unless you are trying to upgrade.
We finally had enough, and decided to change our company cell phones to another company. We have spent all day long trying to get a pin # for our phone to switch companies. The agent on the phone was trying to get us to hang up and basically try other avenues to get it. We made her stay on the phone and Nothing even worked. Web site kept going to a blank page, the phone # to call said we did not have support with our account. finally we Asked for a manager after an hour and a half, then took another 30 minutes to talk to one. The manager transfered us to Buisness then he transferred us to Port Department. Put on hold or call back... Still no call We are going to have to drive to an AT&T Store to get this handled. This is the same thing every single time I have delt with this company in the last 5 years. Never Again!
