Astroastro service is a disgrace

I wish to make a complaint in regards to service quality by Astro.
i have been Astro customers since 2008 and i noticed there was no problem at all when comes to upgrading the package.All can be done online, over the phone and now even easier on the TV itself and changes will take effect immediately.
However, when the rates keep on increasing and does not make sense anymore which RM 200 per month for satellite tv charges are just ridiculous when they will not even available during heavy rain or even worse during strong wind.
I tried to downgrade and made a call to [protected] on Monday 2nd of Dec 2013, and been promised the changes will take effect after 3 hours. But i still can view the previous channels after 30 hours?? i called again on Wednesday 4th of Dec and been told that my call on 2nd Dec was just an inquiry.
I still keep my calm and asked for downgrade again.
However, i still able to view all the channels after back from work which obviously after 3 hours.
I called again this morning, 5th Dec and been told it will be taking longer time as it is downgrade and not upgrade. They could not explain and justify why, but it is always longer to downgrade than upgrade. How is that so if someone care to explain?
Does anyone need to go fly to satellite in order to manually downgrade my package? Or Astro is just happily charging people money out of nothing.
Please investigate this kind of bad service by Astro.

    If don't like just migrate to IPTV not affected by rain or just terminate.
