I added data to my phone via the Assurance Wireless website. It said the charge was $1. The amount more than doubled while I was checking out, then it almost quadrupled by the time I was finished. According to Assurance Wireless, that was "tax". 362% tax? I don't think so. So, I told him he was a liar and hung up. Then my phone got blown up with one text after another after another after another, all the same message from Assurance Wireless. I actually had to block the "Customer Care" number to make the texts stop. What kind of CREEPY phone company harasses their own customers?!
Desired outcome: Refund my money and fire the creep who blew up my phone because he didn't like being told he was a liar. Maybe he should stop lying.
