Deceitful Lying Thieves best describes Assurance Wireless, and it's Customer Service run by Filipinos in the Philippines. The "Bait and Switch" tactic is often used.
Do not buy a phone from them, or you will receive the worst phone you will EVER own. Chances are it is a refurbished phone that was last produce more than a decade ago rendering it obsolete.
Additionally your service will be hindered no matter what, even if you purchase the latest unlocked smartphone from a third party.
Short phone calls, 911, and light texting is all you can hope for with this service. Use Wi-Fi for the best experience.

Recommendation: Avoid this Company if you can, and find another Phone Service as soon as possible .
