I ordered a trial supply and was charged for multiple, VERY expensive shipments with no opportunity to stop the product - the 800 number is overseas and the staff can hardly understand you, let alone process a cancellation of your account or refund. The only way to be sure you cut them off is to cancel your credit card and talk to your provider bank about the problem- what a hassle.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
