I bought a new Asko oven 1 year ago. The product has a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and I bought an additional 3 year extended warranty. The internal glass cracked in several places from the heat and then fractured. The company will not replace it despite there being flaws in the glass.
There have been many complaints about Asko's very poor customer service in Australia https://www.consumeraffairs.com/homeowners/asko.html
