I placed an order with your online store on the 13th of july,2023. It is now september 2, 2023. I have still not received

not received my order. What kind of company is this? your company has told me so many lies about this order that now whservice and deliveryen i go on vacation, i am having a sign made up for both of sides of my car that tells how bad your company is. How you keep people on hold for hours only to hang up on them. How each employee passes the buck to the next, how not one employee knows the ceo's phone number or email address so i can complain to him. Of course, communication is not a real thing in this company. All i wanted was a couch. God help anyone if it would have been a life and death situation and you had to count on ashley furniture to save you. Good thing they do not sale coffins no one would get buried. I hope this complaint gets to someone who can reassure the buyers that they know how and figure out away to straighten out this company. Belive me i am tired of hearing i am sorry this has happened to. Get it fixed.

Desired outcome: I WANT MY COUCH DILIVERED WITH IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. I WANT THE CEO, PRESIDENT, OR YOUR VICE PRESIDENT OF YOUR COMPANY TO RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE IF YOUR COMPANY HAS ANY.
