Hi everyone,
I’m sharing my experience to warn others and hopefully pressure the companies involved to take proper responsibility.
In April 2025, I shipped a package via MyMallBox using Asendia USA as the carrier. The package was wrongly classified as “dangerous goods” by Asendia, returned — but never made it back to MyMallBox. It has now completely disappeared. The package contained an item worth $595.
I’ve submitted formal complaints to:
• BBB (Better Business Bureau)
• FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
• Delaware Attorney General
• Pennsylvania Attorney General – Bureau of Consumer Protection
So far, neither company has taken real responsibility. MyMallBox refunded only the $8.55 shipping fee, and Asendia refuses to say where the package was returned or who received it. I rejected the partial refund and continue to seek a full resolution.
Both companies are ignoring accountability, and their customer support has become unresponsive.
If anyone has had a similar experience or advice on how to escalate this further (media, legal action, class action…), please reach out. This treatment is unacceptable.
Thank you for reading,
Lorena Paris
