Armstrong review: Armstrong Luxe Plank LVP flooring, model A6412-U61

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Armstrong Luxe Plank LVP flooring, model A6412-U61, which was installed approximately two years ago by National Floors Direct.

When we purchased the flooring, we were told that this was a very durable product. The flooring in the two bedrooms still looks essentially the same as it did on the day it was installed. However, in high traffic areas the kitchen and living-room areas, there are certain spots where the flooring has developed a cloudy, hazy, and streaked appearance.
The flooring originally had a consistent appearance and finish. The cloudy areas are now noticeable and affect the overall appearance.

I would like AHF Products to determine whether this condition can be corrected and whether it may be related to the flooring finish, or wear characteristics.

I would appreciate having this complaint reviewed by your Customer Advocates/Warranty Department. Please let me know what information you need from me, including photographs, proof of purchase, installation information, product identification, lot or batch information, or samples.
I would also appreciate your recommendation for the proper method of restoring the original appearance of the flooring without causing any further damage.

Given the age of the flooring and the fact that the flooring in the bedrooms remains in its original condition while the kitchen and living-room areas have developed these cloudy areas, I would appreciate having this matter investigated and receiving your recommendation for a resolution.
