ARCO review: ana register person

I went to get a gas! And I clearly told her $20 on 5. But when i came back to pump gas it's not working. So i went inside and ask her why it's not working and on 5? And she told me i said 4 and i said why would i say 4 if she see i park my car at 5? So i went back and still not working and then went back inside and she told me to get money and get a gas somewhere else. And i said why? She said just go get gas somewhere else. So i said ok look i'm tired and i'm not here to argue with anyone. So parang lease just let me get a gas and she said nope there's gas station out there.. and I apologized to her that maybe it came out wrong to my mouth but still refusing me and i asked her why she have to be a [censored] i'm trying to be nice. And she point the sign "we have right to refuse customers" and i told her that sign applied to people rude like you. And i asked her why she's not accepting the fact that she heard me wrong and i told her to check the camera to prove i'm right. This is unacceptable.
You guys need to take action about this. I understand the sign means but it's something not to abuse or use to people who's not even doing anything wrong. She's using it just because she don't wanna be wrong. Check the camera...
