Constant calls regarding fictitious debt
Keep getting calls on my cell phone regarding a fictitious debt, despite having told several operators of the company as well as explaining via text & Email. I know the debt is fictitious because I do not but on credit or use a credit card, also the company they claim to be calling on behalf of (who I have certainly never dealt with) is listed as having been dissolved by Companies house several months prior to the calls being started. I have challenged them to provide proof but they just ignore me and then someone else will call next time asking for personal details to "verify" my identity. They are quite obviously crooks seeking to obtain monies by deception (fraud)
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
