I would like to submit an official complaint regarding the poor service and incorrect information provided concerning my shipment number 52567318160.
As per your previous communication, I shared my detailed address in Sheikh Zayed, and your team confirmed that the shipment would be delivered today.
Unfortunately, at around 2:30 PM, the delivery agent contacted me and informed me that the address he received was located in the Haram area, which is completely different from the correct address I had already provided earlier. He then stated that the delivery would be postponed until tomorrow without offering any alternative solution.
This situation is unacceptable and has caused a significant waste of my time. Furthermore, your communicated delivery window was between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which required me to remain available throughout the entire day. It is unreasonable for me to wait another full day due to an internal issue related to incorrect address handling from your side.
Moreover, upon checking the shipment status on your application, I found that the delivery attempt was marked as “Customer not available,” which is completely inaccurate and unacceptable, as I was available the entire time awaiting the delivery.
Accordingly, I kindly request the following:
Immediate clarification regarding the incorrect address shared with the delivery agent.
Confirmation of the exact delivery timing for tomorrow.
Investigation into the conduct and handling of the case by the delivery agent.
Assurance that such issues will not occur again.
I expect your prompt action and resolution regarding this matter.
