Dear Aramex,

I ant to escalate this complaint to the hire management who are responsible of Aramex Business on Egypt

Im a client of Aramex in Egypt and I send my shipments through Aramex from Kafr Ash Sheikh Branch

Aramex Egypt are not responding to my frequent inquires and every time I send the required data but no action is made from their side

I have Two main issues to make a complaint for

1. I have pending money of 13830 EGP is not transferred to my bank account from more than two weeks plus they told me in the branch that the accountant department are not responding to the reminders that was sent by email to that department

Also I have been told in Kafr ash shikh branch that they transferred the money to my on 30/6/2020 but till today no money transferred to my bank account. I contact my bank to confirm and they told me no money has been transferred.

I asked back the branch about the transfer number, but they told me they don't know it and the accountant department don't have such transferring number

2. I Contacted the Hotline to open a business account but also no respond from the sales team. I opened two accounts and no one follow up with me
