warranty work
Appolo Heating aka Hudson Valley Heating installed a Lennox gas furnace, air conditioner, and duct work in my new home a few years back. They recently came to my house to replace a faulty ignitor. After originally refusing to acknowledge that the part was under warranty, they were eventually convinced. However they refunded only their cost for the part despite having charged me double that (plus labor). The Lennox company themselves says this is not the way the warranty is supposed to work yet they say they cannot intervene and that I should use a different dealer next time (I will).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
