Family Danz Heating & Cooling

Good job Family Danz guys! They came at the right time and did everything right. They also took time to prepare us for any problems later on.

I used Family Danz Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace at my house on May 13th. When the workers were done and gone, I started smelling gas. I didn't think anything of it since I figured it was just how things are at first. But the smell kept sticking around all weekend. It was too much on 5/17, so I had Nationalgrid come over. They said there was surely a gas leak. It was so dangerous for my wife and me. Danz sent somebody over to replace a part, which helped in the short term. But I could still smell gas. Nationalgrid had to come back and check things out again, and found out that the new furnace was still giving off gas. They had no choice but to turn off the gas. Danz said they're working on it and will send out another person with a different part. I spoke to the service manager about it and he was trying to give me some excuse. He says it's because of leftover gas.

Kliff and Megan was dope setting up our furnace replacement and Elijah and Dan was killin' it with the build, set up and startup. They did a really good job and now our house is warm af with lots of hot water. We are so happy with Family Danz, yo.

Danz fam heating and coolin crew r dope. Kyle fixed my ish, Ed made sure my crib was comfy, Steffan n Logan came thru with the installation. Megan made sure we good with the furnace replacement. We been with em for a minute n they never let us down. Highly recommend.

They came to fix our heeting and cooling stuff before summer starts. Dude named Dave checked everything out to make sure it's good to go. He even cleaned the furnace and stuff. They check everything and made sure it's all cool. I'm pretty happy with what they did. *** from Clifton Park

brandon came to fix my furnace today & for good this time, i hope. the new furnace was awesome this past year & i'm happy. all in all, brandon is pretty cool & explained what he did so i could understand. he didn't make a mess like last time either.

this place is amazing, great people great service. the dudes who come work on my heater and ac are always on time and real pros. the ladies up front always give me a call letting me know they coming to do the annual check up, they real helpful. family danz was a smart move. shawn and frank came today and they was real cool and did a real good job. i def recommend this place.
