Mike did an excellent job of explaining how safety plays such an important part of a proper water heater install, cost was a little high but I wanted the best and I got the best. I'm sure I will never have a problem again with my water heater. I would call Campbell for any plumbing problem, they were my number one and they always will be. Excellent job.

Short and sweet, we moved into our house 5+ years ago and having noticed the installation tag on the existing home heater gave the company a call when I needed service on my heating, hot water and AC systems (everything needs good maintenance to keep it running). Professional; provides good advice; is well aware of the advantage to its business to provide great service, and it does that.

Campbell Comfort Systems is super awesome! My new HVAC system was running loudly after installation and their technician came to inspect it. He listened to the air coming out of every vent, ran the system at different temperatures, and more. Since he was familiar with my old system, he also explained why there would be a sound difference between the old and new system. The HVAC system is putting out lovely cold air, and thanks to Campbell Comfort Systems, it is running quieter.

I called Campbell Comfort Services for my heater not working. The tech was scheduled right away and arrived within 2 hours! Before the tech arrived I knew the techs name and had a picture of him. Once he arrived, he was able to identify the issue very quickly. He had the part on hand and was able to install right away. My heater was up and running withing an hour! I highly recommend getting service from this company. Always friendly, professional, fast and efficient!

Campbell Comfort Systems is an excellent business! I find the technicians to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and experienced. They always listen to my concerns, diagnose a problem, explain everything, and fix the problem. All the techs who have come to my house have these traits, but Norm is at the top of the list! Kudos to this company for having such exemplary personnel! The office staff and owners of the company are also great! This is an A-1 company, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for all heating and air condition needs! ?

Chuck, Campbell Comfort Systems did an outstanding job installing my new Lennox HVAC system and a Rheem Water Heater at my home in one day. They all were very friendly, and respectful while following COVID-19 guidelines completely. Chuck explained the whole process of replacing my old system before the job started and worked continuously until the job was done with the new system running at the end of the day. They even answered questions for me throughout process without hesitation. Chuck did and excellent job putting me at ease, with this installation, since this was a major investment other than the purchase of this home as a New Construction property with "Campbell Comfort Systems" 17 years ago. Finally, the deal was closed with a competitive price, 10 years warranty and maintenance, and financing at 0% interest for 72 months.

Jacob & James came to do a routine service call for my gas heater on January 12. I alerted them to a rattle that has plagued this unit since its install. The routine check showed no anomalies but the rattle continued. They removed the blower and cleaned it (extra charge). While it was out, James looked at the baffles and found 4 middle ones loose, which was creating the rattle. He made a video of the rattle which was sent to the company representative for their review. Reinstalling the blower assembly was not easy and required additional Campbell technician (Roy) to be called. Heater was back in operation with the rattle still present. However, Campbell Comfort Systems (Brad) has assured me that - pending further review with the company - they will stand by me and not charge me if additional maintenance is required to correct the rattling problem. That's what one would/should suspect from a reputable and the reason why I have used Campbell Comfort Systems for over 20 years.

Campbell has completed 2 major instillation for our home. Our first was a new tank-less furnace/hot water heater. Our most recent one was a new HVAC system. Our old system was over 30+ years old and only served a small portion of our house. Mr. Campbell came out to the house personally and quoted us a new system with multiple zones and increased coverage in the house that was a larger scope of work but still a better price than some other more advertised companies. I work on ships so was personally unable to be there but he spoke with me through my wife on the phone and asked what our goals were for the replacement and walked us through all the options. Financing was a breeze and the next week over 3 days a new HVAC system was installed supplying an additional 4 rooms and zoning. The additional work looks natural in the spaces and installed looking as if it was original construction instead of a poor retrofit. They cleaned up well after themselves and with the current COVID-19 environment all personnel entering the house had masks and appropriate protective gear for themselves and prevent any contamination of my house. There is no other company I would have trusted such a large job to be completed by during a pandemic with my wife expecting.
