Our A/C unit went out in this scorching summer heat and called up Pineapple Air. Their technician was able to get to the house in an hour or so and it turned out the capacitor needed to be replaced and the electrical wiring was a complete mess. The technician worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in working order. Mind you, it was almost 11pm at night. Phenomenal service! Reasonably priced for the work that was done. Appreciate you Pineapple Air!

Highly recommend Pineapple Air Heating and Cooling! A couple of nights ago my air quit working. On Wednesday morning I reached out to Pineapple Air and within 2 hours their technician was here to see if the unit could be repaired into running again. The unit was very old and could not be saved. The technician went over all the choices and prices, took the time to explain everything to me very clearly and was able to install a new unit Thursday afternoon! They really went above and beyond, great pricing and very professional. I highly recommend!

I have a mini split ac unit for a room where I keep my electronics and spend much of my time working. Unfortunately my mini split wasn't functioning properly and I still had to be in that room for hours at a time. I decided to call Pineapple Air Heating and Cooling and John made it out to me the same day to give me a quote. They were super reasonable and they added me to their schedule the next day. They took their time and fixed the mistakes I had made with the self install, cleaned up the setup and made sure I was getting cool air. Arizona summers are ridiculously hot and being in a room with no ac for hour at a time can be really dangerous. I'm very appreciative of the work they did and will be using them again if I have any more ac issues.

These guys were a class act. Within 12 hours of a handshake, I had equipment delivered to the house. Within 36 hours of the handshake, old equipment was being pulled out and new were being placed in. I have a house that needs 3 units to cool. These guys put in a 15 hour day getting the place set up. All 3 units were installed in a day. These guys work exceptionally hard and they were all courteous. I tried to call the office after the equipment was delivered to book install and the line on the front of the brochure takes you to the owners phone. The owner is very communicative. He lets you know successes and complications with solutions real time. He personally sealed everything on the way out of the door because he cares about his reputation. 2 years service and 10 year warranties on their equipment which is twin to Lenox. He also deals other brands. Super user friendly. You won't find better in the valley. 3 very quality ACs installed in record time. I'm fully pleased.

I absolutely love Pineapple Air and their exceptional service! I called for routine service. Their team quickly responded, came out, did their diagnostics and gave me their assessments. I had my unit installed new approximately 4 years ago by another company and used them to service it. Because it is in a tight space, their techs removed one of the filters and said it could not be replaced. The consequences of this decision was that the inside unit was completely clogged with dust, dirt and lint to the point it was blowing it all through the house. Pineapple Air told me how to fix it, replaced a capacitor and serviced the inside and outside components including acid washing. This was all done within less than a week and would have been quicker if they did not have to order a manufacturer's part. They kept me informed every step of the way. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and driven to do things right. This Company is very pleasant to deal with and will be my go-to for my air conditioning/heating unit in the future.
