The order that I received was not according to my expectations. Quality is poor and it is not useable to any extent. I am extremely disappointed. I used Daraz for the first time and it was a mere disappointment. I will never order anything from this app. I want a refund so I could trust this application again. Their steam mop does not clean floor. It just messes dust. Used for areas that couldn't be as easily cleaned with a cloth since I didn't want to use the expensive (to me) refills up too quickly. As a result, I never ended up dusting. Now I have a duster with replaceable microfiber heads that can be washed and reused over and over without additional costs - well worth the $12 or so that it cost!
