We purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator in the Spring of 2017, Model number 795.74023.411 By August, 2019 the compressor went out. We had a repair person out and were told that LG was now making Kenmore refrigerators, not Sears. We were also told we would have to pay for the repairs ourselves. We feel that either Sears or LG should either replace our compressor or replace the refrigerator at no cost to us.

Their steam mop does not clean floor. It just messes dust. Used for areas that couldn't be as easily cleaned with a cloth since I didn't want to use the expensive (to me) refills up too quickly. As a result, I never ended up dusting. Now I have a duster with replaceable microfiber heads that can be washed and reused over and over without additional costs - well worth the $12 or so that it cost!
