Blendtec 96oz 3 quart JAR review: Call to JOINT Class Action Lawsuit against Blendtec

A few years ago, Blendtec (K-Tec) came out with a 96oz 5-sided jar / container to sell to restaurants with their smoother blender package. In December 2009, this same container began being offered by Blendtec with the HP3A and Total Blender to consumers.

To say this, a lots of containers were sold at a retail cost between 150$ + dollars prior, and after November 2009 for about $100.

The container identified and advertised as a 3 quart, or 96 oz jar was found by consumers to be actually only accepting 76oz. This fraud requires restitution. And we are calling onto consumers and restaurants therefore to come forward to make their reimbursement claim to Blendtec for falsified advertising of the true size of the container.

"Blendtec, reimburse customers for their purchases, and do it now"!
