We hired Prestige Kitchen and Bath on Sebastopol Ave in Sebastopol Ca to remodel our kitchen. The company is owned be Manny Avila and Stacey Padgett. On June 14 2022 my partner and I wrote checks for 1/2 of the total amount for the job and at the end of July nothing had been done and they will not answer their phone. Their storefront is still there but never open. I've learned from other reviews that they have done this to quite a few people and they then change their location. Also they don't have a contractors licence.
Desired outcome: We are trying to get a refund and will have to go to small claims court. I would like to see them out of business and to have penalties.

We have been promised cabinets and a refund with no avail. At this time we are out $2,198.98, Manny and Stacey will take your money and leave you with nothing. I would advise you to stay away from these people and this "business". It's a complete and total scammer business they have set up. The worst part about this is BILL of B&W HANDYMEN advised us to go with him because of a discount he would give us. It appears they might be working together in this scammers approach.

We have been promised cabinets and a refund with no avail. At this time we are out $25,706.47, Manny and Stacey will take your money and leave you with nothing. I would advice you stay away from these people and this "business".
