Mirage Stone Fireplaces review: Modular outdoor bbq fireplace

We ordered the outside fireplace through efireplace.com. The complaint is against Mirage Stone Fireplaces. They are knowingly sending out their fireplace kits without the door assembly, metal grates and shims. Sometimes it's just the doors. The problem is, you cannot assembly the fireplace without the doors. They are not answering consumer complaints and in my case, even "efireplace.come" cannot get any answers.

I am now out $3,000.00 and have a fireplace kit in pieces on my patio.
