About October 2017, I purchased a Defy Gas Stove from House and Home at Maerua Mall in Windhoek and a month later, two of the gas burners stopped working, I called the people at House and Home, who then referred me to Atlantic Spares and Accessories (Accredited Defy technicians) I assume. I called the technicians from Atlantic Spares and Accessories to come have a look at my stove, they fixed it, but TWO days later, the two burners were off again. After that, I was issued with a job card and when they showed up, they could not fix it and I stopped using the stove as I was afraid I might cause more damage. Fast forward to January, I called them again, I was issued again with a job card and when the date came, they informed me that they had lost the job card and put me at the back of the waiting line, after that I spoke to a certain Ms Hendrina from Atlantic Spares and Accessories, who promised me that the technicians would be sent to my place to fix the issue, which is the same thing she has been telling me for the past few weeks. Today is the 6th of February 2018 and my stove is still not working.

I am not sure if this is how an accredited dealer is supposed to operate. I am fed up with the empty promises, poor services, I am frustrated! This is not how things should be done. If these are the best people you could get, then you seriously need to reconsider this Atlantic Spares and Accessories.

Please fix my stove, somebody out there HELP!
