When we received the Ice Maker, it had water leaking from the back. We called U-Line and they advised us it's because it was tested before delivery. Our friends, neighbors just received one as well and theirs was also leaking and when they called their company, their Ice Maker was instantly picked up and replaced with a new one. We had our Ice Maker for 2 weeks and it shut down with an error code 11 (E11). The hose had a slit in it causing it to leak. We called U-Line to get a replacement and they refused us stating they will only have the repair company come out. It is now going to be 3 more weeks before we get the replacement hose. We live in AZ and its June (very hot) and we were looking forward to our new Ice Machine. Very Disappointing.
