I called Bella Customer service on [protected] and they sent me the email below which I responded to with the information requested. I have had no contact from them since:

We do not have any parts or units available here for sale at the warranty and claims department customer service.
We are sorry to hear you have experienced difficulties with your unit and we are very happy you have reached out to give us a chance to assist you. If you still require assistance, please send us the following information
A picture or scan of the receipt with a clear date of purchase and amount paid
● A picture of the silver/grey sticker that is on the unit, it could be found underneath or behind the unit and please ensure that the 5-digit item number can easily be read
● Your first and last name
● Your mailing addresses
● Your phone number (preferably with an answering machine)
● A brief description on the issue and pictures/video are always helpful
A receipt is needed to validate the warranty. We also accept a duplicate receipt, or a valid shipping/confirmation email if the appliance was purchased online.
Please hold onto the unit until we have completed processing your warranty claim.
As soon as we receive this information, we will continue processing your inquiry by opening a case and get back to you with the next steps.

My first purchase of a Bella dual brew single serve coffee maker was made on 10/18/18 at Kohls.com and it just stopped working on 11/16/19. I brought it back to a Kohls store in Seabrook, NH on 11/26/2019 and they exchanged it for a new one.

On April 17, 2020, less than 5 months later, when I pressed the button to turn on the machine, both the red preheat light and the blue brew light came on and stayed on and nothing else happened.
