Original AOL email allowed the recipient to have a moment to digest or analyze a message. Now it DISAPPEARS IMMEDIATEDLY! One cannot easily return to the message. The so-called NEW system is not USER friendly or easy to use! This INCONVENIECE occurs EVERY TIME I login too my email. For a while, you allowed me access to the ORIGINAL AOL SYSTEM. Please, please set me up again.

Claimed loss: Unable to re-read or analyze message at a later date

Desired outcome: Return MY aol e-mail to it's ORIGINAL format.
