If I could give less than 1 star I would. AOL has become one of the worst companies to partner with. Their incompetence for not maintaining their web site, telephone support and access to my emails resulted in my staff having to regroup for a meeting costing us hundreds of dollars in lost itme, commuting and making other arrangements. After calling for over 3 days and being on hold for over 45 minutes each day, I finally spoke to an offshore rep who identified himself as "Leo". I seriously doubt it that in fact is his true name. After over 20 years of being a loyal customer to AOL it's time to cut all relationships with them. The rep only apoloigized and stated many people are having the same issue as I did. Over the past 20+ years I relied n AOL for prompt courteous services. AOL can no longer be trusted. They built their reputation one customer at a time abd they will lose their entire business the same way, starting with myelf, and my business. Lastly, I requested that Leo hold on while I answered an incoming business call and he rudely hung up on me. I AM DONE!
Recommendation: Avoid AOL like COVID
