The AOL e-mail system was once the premiere system for on line e-mail. Now it is hard to navigate, often impossible to re-read messages because they "disappear" immediately after they are read, the display is often difficult to impossible to read and the entire system is no longer USER FRIENDLY. Has AOL got an explanation for manufacturing this quagmire?

Desired outcome: Return to the 'old' e-mail system and the 'outcome' would be outstanding. and I would like an apology for screwing a perfectly functioning e-mail and replacing it with nothing but headaches.
