Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield review: Website access to sign in

Anthem Blue Cross has put a VPN barrier to log into your account. “A secure access” message pops up informing you that your VPN application needs to be disabled to access their website for data safety. Let me get this straight I have to compromise my data privacy to log on and access my Anthem account that has a user id and password, and a second access text or email with a security code to access my account. There is no data security issue. This is Anthem wanting to track my website data with a cookie. NO THANK YOU! Someone in the Ivory Tower decided they need to track subscribers data for, hmmm PROFIT. Cease and desist or when the next open enrollment period comes, I will be looking for another health insurance provider with this data security nonsense.
