We had a technician come out and look at our microwave. They said they needed to order a part and they would call when the part came in. Nothing, so I called them and they said the part was never ordered and they closed the ticket, due to our Home Warranty company not covering it due to it not being normal wear and tear. It broke from using it. Now, they waited just long enough for us to have to pay another fee to have a second opinion. Worst company I have dealt with in awhile.
