Thank you for the detailed feedback—and I’m glad the refrigerator issue was resolved. I’m sorry about the communication gap on-site. Our policy is that technicians clearly explain (and, if asked, show) what was done. A refusal to demonstrate isn’t acceptable, and we’re addressing this directly with the technician. We also provide language support and can assign an English-first tech on future visits if you prefer.

If you’ll email **[[protected]@antechappliance.com]** with your claim number or service address, we’ll send you the service report summarizing exactly what was found and fixed. If anything still doesn’t seem right, we’ll arrange a follow-up at your convenience.

Regarding reviews: we don’t pay for or incentivize them—5-star or 1-star, they’re all real. Your feedback helps us improve, especially around communication. Thank you for giving us the chance to make this better.

This company was assigned to us through our extended warranty.
This company gave us a 12:00-5:00 meeting time. They replaced our ice machine. Unfortunately the technician installed it incorrectly.

When I scheduled to have them repair it again, my window of work was 12:00-5:00. Meanwhile, we have had no ice for five weeks.
I made arrangements to leave work early (AGAIN) at noon, only to have them call me at 10:30, to notify me that they can not meet me during the scheduled window, and that I would have to reschedule again.
The repair technician told me he had to drive to La Jolla, and that would NOT drive back to my house as the trip was 40 minutes (our window was 12:00-5:00, and this call happened at 10:30 am). He also told me that he needed to pick friends up at the airport instead of meeting me during our scheduled time frame.
Unacceptable and unprofessional.
The hundreds of negative reviews online are well earned.
