Sea Breeze Cooling

Don't even bother with Sea Breeze Cooling LLC. They don't give a hoot about folks or clients. These guys came over to my place, took a quick peek at my AC, and then just up and left. No explanation, no nothing. And when I tried to give them a ring to find out what was up, they didn't even pick up the phone.

I had a AC service done by Sea Breeze Cooling LLC as part of my home protective warranty work. The outside temperature was really hot, around 115 degrees. The technician came and serviced the unit and then suggested a hard start kit. I checked online and found out that this kit is good for older units. The technician explained the cost of $280 for this kit twice and I agreed because I was afraid of another shutdown in such hot weather. However, there were a couple of issues. Firstly, the technician hacked/jumped a very inexpensive capacitor to a 3 part capacitor instead of replacing this single part. Secondly, I found out that the hard start kit, which was installed in 5 minutes, at $280, has a retail cost of up to $40. It seems like the technician/company was overcharging and taking advantage of older customers during a high heat season. I contacted the company to fix their poor repair and remove the overpriced item. They responded the next day saying they would work with me on my complaints. I updated my review but it seems like they didn't appreciate it. Since then, I've tried to contact them multiple times but have been ignored. They need to correct their poor repair and remove the overpriced item and issue a refund.

Been waiting for 11 days since I called Sea Breeze Cooling LLC, but my AC is still not working. They came out 4 times and changed the blower motor on the 4th visit. But it's still not blowing cold air, and now it's blowing hot air. My home warranty company says that Sea Breeze Cooling LLC has to fix it, but I'm thinking of finding a new repair company.

This company charged me $635.00 for a service on my air conditioner equipment and didn't check the upstairs equipment. They said I could use their ladder and then left. After their service call, my aps *** went up to $788.00. I have solar panels. I contacted another company for help and they found that the large equipment was leaking and clogged, which caused both of my air conditioners to be replaced. I tried to reach out to Sea Breeze and emailed them, but they didn't respond. I want my two hard start booster kits refunded and for people to know what they did to a 75-year-old widow.
