I submitted a complaint on this site regarding defective straps on a purse which I received as a gift. After receiving no response I called Anne Klein customer service only to be told that the company does not assist customers with purchases made through retail stores! So obviously this company doesn't take complaints about their product seriously. Good luck to anyone calling Customer Service for assistance! Although it was a gift I won't be purchasing Anne Klein products in the future. Disappointed!

    Evidently Anne Klein doesn't back their product.The price is high buying the hand bag but no one will stand by their product. I won't be buying any Anne Klein product.
