Unfortunately, my experience with LaLa Mira was one that leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. I made the decision to order a dress from their website, lalamira.com, and it was a decision that I soon came to regret.
The dress that I received looked drastically different from the pictures that I had seen on the website. While I understand that there will be some variation in the final product, the differences were unbelievable. I showed the dress to multiple people, who all thought that the wrong dress had been sent to me.
I reached out to LaLa Mira's customer service team and even provided pictures to reinforce my concerns, as requested. Unfortunately, they refused to issue me a refund even though their return policy does not state that you cannot return an item for unsatisfactory reasons.
What made matters worse was the response that I received from their customer service representative. It was rudeness personified and I was told that I lacked common sense for not knowing that the dress would look different. I couldn't believe what I was reading, as it went completely against what is posted on their website about "earning trust with exceptional service". My experience couldn't have been further from exceptional.
