Consumer Beware- 2 hours late for the appointment. The service technician was eager to get done as quickly as possible and leave.

I want you to know I ended up calling another company to come out and fix the air conditioner. They charged me 99.00 for labor and leak detection. They used an electronic leak detector and had the complete system diagnosed within an hour. The next morning they came back with parts and had it fixed by noon. They couldn't believe that your company charged me for 7lbs of Freon. They said an electronic leak detector would have worked and there was no need to put in 7lbs of expensive Freon in the system. I will pay the bill for the poor service I received but I will not recommend you to anyone. I'm also going to put in a formal complaint to the better business bureau for taking advantage of customers and overcharging. This has been a terrible experience!

You should be ashamed wanting to come out and charge me 938.00 for an additional for leak detection when other companies are charging 99.00 and they do it on the first visit.

Desired outcome: They should credit me at least half the cost. The technician never even looked at the system. He went over to the unit and added Freon and left. This is really disappointing and what our world has come to. What a poor work ethic!
