I got cracks in my driveway after they fixed it. I called many times and they said they would come, but they never showed up. I called again in the past 2 weeks and they gave me an appointment, but they didn't come. They were supposed to come last weekend, but they didn't. I called again this week and they said they were behind because of the weather. They said Mathew would call me on Friday to set an appointment for Saturday or Sunday, but he didn't call and no one came.

I hired the Driveway Company to seal cracks and joints on my driveway. They also sealed the entire driveway. I recently purchased this new home in March this year. They came out at the end of August to do the work. During the process, they accidentally damaged the trim on my garage doors in four different places. Surprisingly, they didn't bother to inform me about it. I had to call the company and speak to multiple people on several occasions. Eventually, they admitted that they had indeed damaged the trim with their machine. They promised to fix it and make it right. On September 11th, at some point in the morning, someone spray painted over the damaged spots. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to knock on my door or contact me beforehand. I had specifically instructed their office not to have someone spray paint the spots. As a result, you can still see the spots on the trim since the paint didn't fully cover them. Despite paying the full price for the work, I can't help but feel like I've been taken advantage of.

We had them come tear out our single car driveway and lay a double, as well as extend our patio and around a fire pit. They did a good job with the concrete, but I'm not happy with the curb grind. It's uneven and not smooth at all. I contacted them about it, and the first guy who came said they would fix both mine and my neighbor's curbs. He mentioned they would have to do it by hand, but assured me they would make it right. Several weeks passed, and nothing happened - I had to call again! They sent another guy over, who told my husband and me that they would have to tear it out and redo the entire curb. He explained that they needed a specific type of concrete, so they had to get some. Meanwhile, we were planning to have roof work done, so he told us to call once that was finished. When the roof was complete, I called and waited for 2 weeks before having to call AGAIN. This time, I received a voicemail stating that the curb is fine and my neighbor has no complaints, which is a complete lie. Their curb actually looks worse than ours. After yet another call, they said they would send a supervisor out on 11/5 at 7:45 am... but they didn't call or show up!

On August 9, Gary *** came to my house to check out my driveway and gave me an estimate for the necessary repairs. I called my son to inform him about the work and the cost. He thought it sounded reasonable and advised me to go ahead with it to save the driveway. Just over a week later, my son visited and noticed a trip hazard. They hadn't leveled the drive to the sidewalk and suggested mud jacking. I told him I didn't pay for mud jacking, but he said it didn't matter because they should have informed me about it to avoid the trip hazard. I called Gary *** the same day and explained the situation. I acknowledged that I didn't pay for mud jacking, but my son believed they should have informed me about it. Unfortunately, Gary never returned my call. On January 7, 2022, I called again because they were supposed to seal the area between the driveway and the garage entry. Due to the cold weather, there was a rise, and the material they used for sealing was as thin as a band-aid. I mentioned this to the receptionist, who assured me that someone would come to inspect it in the spring. However, I never heard back from them, so I contacted *** to redo the work. Maintaining my property is crucial to me, and I paid $*** for the initial repairs. I would appreciate getting at least $*** back to help cover the cost of having *** fix the issues. By chance, I looked out the window and saw the worker on his knees using a level to raise the sidewalk to the driveway. It wasn't just the slab by the driveway; they had to raise the entire sidewalk. The Driveway Co never mentioned any of this to me. If they had been honest, I might have been willing to pay more, but they didn't disclose it. If my son hadn't come over to inspect the work, I wouldn't have known about the trip hazard. I'm glad I called them after that to address the sealing problem.
