K***. and his crew was real professional and considerate. They worked in our basement for 3 days installing the stuff to fix our sinking foundation - it was a big job!

and his coworker were great to work with. They were really nice and explained everything to us. They worked fast and didn't mind my kids causing a mess! Awesome dudes!

was really smart about the stuff, my clay walls, their thing, and the right way to fix the water problem I had. The guys came on a Monday morning and were all done and cleaned up by Tuesday afternoon! They worked fast, kept things tidy, and told me everything they were doing, real clear-like. I'd totally hire them again and tell my peeps to do the same.

did a great job installing the inside drainage system for my basement. He explained everything thoroughly. Even though I asked a lot of questions, he took the time to answer them. The job was done neatly and you could see he took a lot of pride in his work. When the job was completed the basement was cleaned and all debris removed. I couldn't be more happy with the work. This was the second time we used The Basement Guys.

Don't use The Basement Guys for remodeling! I could write a whole book on the problems we had with this company. Here's the main stuff. A 4 week job turned into 3.5 months with 6 weeks of no work at all. Lots of excuses. (New workers, injured/sick workers) Workers supposed to come but never showed up. (They said they didn't even know they were on the schedule!) Terrible communication within the company and with clients. Work that had to be redone because it wasn't done right the first time. I could keep going. Don't use this company!

During a pandemic and with the ever changing times overall, I am pleased with how my basement outcome was/is. When I had questions, I asked and found the right people and got my basement done in a time frame I am happy with. *** our finisher was the most professional employee that came to our house and I am so thankful for him and his work and attention to detail. Was the entire process all smooth? No, but when it came down to it, was the staff able, willing, and did what they could to make it right and make me feel valued, yes! Overall, I would use them again and trust their work and I am thankful we chose them for our basement remodel.

We are so thankful we called The Basement Guys, we had problems with water in our basement when it rained a lot because the sump pump couldn't handle it. They came out and were really professional, didn't try to sell us more stuff than we needed. Tim installed new crocks and pumps, he explained everything in detail. The finished job looks great, but I was still worried we'd get water. I'm happy to say we've had a few storms with heavy rain (I have a rain gauge and it was over 4 inches). The most recent storm was Labor Day 2020, we had crazy rain, 4 inches overnight and then heavy rain all day, another 4 inches by 5 pm. The roads and yards were flooded, but our basement stayed dry! If you want honesty and a job done right, give them a call!
