I've been usin' this company's cleanin' products for 'bout 6 months now with absolutely no problems whatsoever! They've been real good at answerin' any questions I've had, my orders have shipped on time, and I just can't get enough of their products. I mean, I really, really, REALLY love 'em!

Truly Free Home So, I got this box from Truly Free Home, right?

So, I got this box from Truly Free Home, right? And get this, I didn't even ask for it! I tried giving them a call to figure out what the heck was going on, but guess what? No response! I had to leave a voicemail and hope for the best. And get this, there wasn't even a slip in the box explaining anything. Can you believe it? I'm pretty ticked off about this whole situation and I just want some answers, you know?

I bought somethin' from this company on 8/19 and still ain't got it by 9/17. I called up my credit card company and they said I'm a regular customer, but I never said yes to that. I only wanted to buy it once. Their customer service is a real letdown. They ain't helpin' me at all. So disappointed.

Truly Free Home Truly Free Home really came through for me!

Truly Free Home really came through for me! I had a problem with my order being late, and when I finally received it, it was all messed up. But Truly Free Home fixed it by sending me a new order and even sent me an email to let me know it was on its way. They also mentioned that they're a small company with only 8 people. Gotta give them props for that. They're a good company! I'm definitely gonna keep shopping with them.

Truly Free Home We luv all the products and the idea of refillin' instead of dumpin' stuff in the trash

We luv all the products and the idea of refillin' instead of dumpin' stuff in the trash. I pour water into the soap package to fill up the bottle so I don't waste any. We got all the products and everyone I told 'em about loves 'em too. I was so surprised to see some bad reviews 'cause we've had nothin' but great customer service. They try to sell ya more stuff when you check out, but it's always a good deal and a chance to try somethin' new.

Truly Free Home I just bought some home-cleaning stuff from TrulyFree

I just bought some home-cleaning stuff from TrulyFree. I didn't sign up for any membership or regular shipments, but they did it anyway. When I paid for my order, I saw they added an extra bundle, so I asked them to fix it. They said they would think about it and let me know. Then, I used their chat on their site to cancel the order. They ignored me and kept sending emails saying how happy they were to have me and my fam, and that they loved me and all that. They didn't cancel the order and took my money on PayPal. I had to argue with PayPal to sort it out. Be careful when buying from them.

Truly Free Home First, back in May, I was fooled by the whole "natural" ingredients thing

First, back in May, I was fooled by the whole "natural" ingredients thing. But let me tell you, when that first box showed up at my doorstep, I could smell those chemicals from a mile away. It was like a toxic cloud had invaded my home. And to make matters worse, they didn't make it clear that I was signing up for more of this nonsense on a regular basis. So, you can imagine my surprise when another box arrived in June.

I didn't waste any time. I immediately reached out to the company, demanding answers and a refund. They assured me that everything would be taken care of and I would be canceled from their list. But guess what? A third box showed up, along with another charge on my account. Are you kidding me?

I had had enough. I decided to give them a piece of my mind and let them know that this was completely unacceptable. They promised me once again that I would be refunded, except for the initial charge. But guess what? Yep, you guessed it. A fourth box arrived, mocking me with its presence.

I don't care what excuses they come up with. They can blame it on third parties or whatever, but it's clear to me that this company has some serious issues with their business practices. I'm warning you, stay far away from these liars. Don't waste your time or money on their products.

Now, here I am, spending countless unpaid hours trying to sort out this mess. I'm currently disputing one of the charges, and if things don't get resolved soon, I'll be getting a lawyer involved. Enough is enough.

Truly Free Home So, like, when you buy something from Truly Free Home, turns out you're automatically signed up for a membership

So, like, when you buy something from Truly Free Home, turns out you're automatically signed up for a membership. I mean, I don't remember them mentioning that anywhere during the whole buying process, but hey, they're all about those sneaky sales tricks, right? And let me tell you, they're gonna flood your inbox with all these salesy emails. It's like they never stop.

So, after waiting for weeks, I finally got my products. But guess what? I wake up on a Saturday morning and bam! I see this alert saying I got charged for a second package at 1:09am. How was I supposed to know it was some kind of membership thing? And of course, their customer service is conveniently closed on weekends. And guess what? They're not even answering their phones on Mondays either. Can you believe it? So, I've sent them two emails and left a voicemail, hoping they'll call me back. I've also reported the charge to my bank. I mean, seriously, what a terrible way to run a business.

I haven't even had the chance to try out their products yet, and honestly, I don't even care anymore. Their shady business practices have totally turned me off. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. Hopefully, they'll learn from this mess and treat their future customers better.

Truly Free Home If there was a zero star, I would choose that

If there was a zero star, I would choose that. I bought The Big Home Essentials Bundle. I got my order fast and used it right away. I had a set of sheets with some fresh blood on them and washed them like it said on the package, with the laundry soap and enzyme powder. I let them soak for a few hours and when the load was done. The stain was still there and they just didn't smell clean, just a mix of soap and dirty sheets. I washed them again with the soap and OxiBoost they gave me as a free trial...same result. I wrote the company and they told me to buy the OxiBoost and try it, even though I already said in the email that I used it already. They also offered me 15% off for the rest of my purchases. Why? That wasn't gonna help. They smelled okay, so I folded them and put them away until I could get something else to try and remove the stain. When I went back to get them, they smelled awful, like vomit. I was so grossed out and mad that I spent $47.17 for basically nothing. They won't give me my money back and I think that's just not fair.

Truly Free Home BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Realistic review. Very dissapointed with MyGreenFills, and now feel they are a bit of a shady company. Yes, the detergent smells nice, but that's about it. The detergent you mix up is thin and runny and the smell doesn't last through the drying cycle. Cleaning is meh. Very dissapointed. Also, the one-time jug they send you is CHEAPLY MADE. There is no fill line on the bottle for the water line for the mixing of water and powder. The inside of the cap doesn't have graduated markings for how much to use depending on load size/soil. If they are in there I certainly can't see them. My tendency has been to gently swish the bottle contents before putting in the wash because it is a powder you mix in and I always worry about the added detergent separating. When I gently swish it, because it's so thin and runny, the liquid splashes up into the cap and that tends to drop down the side as you pour it. I feel I lose a great deal in the drip during the pour. Lastly, when I purchased the initial package of soap I did not realize I was subscribing to a monthly service. I came back from an out of state vacation to a box waiting for me from them, along with a $28 charge on my credit card. Immediately sent an email to them to cancel the subscription and to find out how to return the product. They canceled my service but never sent refund / return instructions. I tried again today, during my work day, by calling their non-800 customer service line. I dialed in 4 times and each time my call was disconnected before getting a live person. I then resorted to chat, and got a canned message to provide my email and issue and they'd email me back. I chatted back NO and stayed on. Eventually a lady came on chat and said the returns person would email me. I told her I wanted a full refund and postage paid sticker. I was told I'd get an email from the returns lady today. This evening I find an email offering to waive the 25% restock fee but they are charging me $6 for the postage label ($22 of $28 refunded). They also offered a 30% refund if I keep the product instead. So I either send it back and lose $6 for something I don't have, or keep a product I don't like and in my opinion is too expensive, and shell out $20. Beware! If you try their product be aware you also subscribe to refills that you'll have to log on to manage to prevent overstock! Still not sure what I'll do. I'm actually thinking of disputing the charge with my credit card company for 100% refund but I really want them to get their product back. I wouldn't feel right keeping it. Why do these companies make it so difficult?

Truly Free Home I never signed up for emails with this company

I never signed up for emails with this company. I'm gettin' spammed with loads of emails, like, every day, man. No matter how hard I try to block 'em, they keep comin'. They just won't quit, sendin' 'em from all sorts of different email addresses. This is seriously the worst advertisin' I've ever seen. I'd totally be down to talk to the media 'bout this. It's like, unreal how they keep makin' new email addresses to dodge spam blockers. It's just too much, dude.

Truly Free Home The company emailed me and said they had anti-bacterial hand sanitizer during the world CORONAVIRUS Pandemic

The company emailed me and said they had anti-bacterial hand sanitizer during the world CORONAVIRUS Pandemic. They charged me, but weeks later they canceled my order. Then, My Green Fills contacted me and claimed they had plenty of antibacterial hand sanitizer, which was in high demand all over the US during the CORONAVIRUS Pandemic. After weeks of waiting and numerous emails inquiring about shipping, I decided to email them again and ask if this was a hoax. Without my permission, the company canceled my order and simply stated that it was in their shipping queue. This is terrible business, taking advantage of people who are desperate for antibacterial soap, wash, and hand sanitizer. They should feel ashamed.

Truly Free Home I bought 120 bucks CAD worth of stuff from MyGreenFills

I bought 120 bucks CAD worth of stuff from MyGreenFills. Their tracking number ain't working and they ain't helping me with that. I got detergent, handsoap, and fruit spray from 'em. Usually, they respond to me right away when it comes to sales. They gave me a tracking number at first, but it didn't work. When I brought it up, they said it's through a different carrier than before. But even after a few days, that tracking number still ain't working. I sent 'em a bunch of emails about it, but no reply. Finally, someone responded, but it wasn't helpful. They just repeated the tracking code to me. They also said I gotta figure it out on my own end. I tried, but it's almost impossible 'cause I'm in Canada and we're dealing with ***. I'm getting nowhere. They shipped the item, so they should be able to track it easily on their end, especially since they're in America. They used to be so chatty when it came to sales, but now that I'm bringing up shipping problems, they ain't helping at all and ain't offering any solutions. I asked another company in the US that uses *** for tracking info, and they found it easily and helped me. So, I know it's possible. They're obviously just avoiding helping me 'cause it's clear the package is either lost or not shipped.

Truly Free Home My account got cancelled on 04/23

My account got cancelled on 04/23. I got an email saying my account got cancelled, but I'm still getting charged. I made my first order on August 28th through a Facebook ad. They charged me $12.60. Then on Sept. 26th, 2019, they charged me $28.00. On October 26th, I contacted customer support and asked them to cancel my account. But on that same day, they charged me twice, $28.00 each, totaling $56.00. I reached out to customer support and they said it was a mistake. They promised to give me a $28.00 product credit, but they wouldn't refund my credit card because I received the product. So, that's two orders in two weeks even after I asked them to cancel. And they didn't offer any refunds. They never reversed the order and didn't cancel my account like I asked. I contacted the company AGAIN on April 23rd. I made it very clear that I wanted my account cancelled for good. But the customer service representative kept trying to sell me the subscription, even though I said I wasn't interested. I have all the emails saved and I can share them if you want to read them. Then I got an email saying my account was cancelled. But on January 29th, I received another box of laundry detergent and they charged me $14.00 on January 22nd. I contacted customer service and asked why I was still getting products after cancelling my account. The customer service rep told me I couldn't get a refund because the product was already shipped to me. Isn't that just great? As long as you get something, you can't get your money back even if you cancelled your account multiple times. This company is the most ridiculous one I've ever dealt with. I even cancelled my credit card, but because it's a subscription, the charges still go through to the new account. I want a FULL refund for the double payment I made on October 26th, which was $28.00, and the recent charge of $14.00, making it a total of $42.00. Maybe if this company was held accountable for their mistakes, they would stop their terrible customer service and shady practices. Today, I got an email saying, "This order has already been shipped. I'm so sorry we couldn't stop it in time. I can give you a 20% discount if you want to keep it, but let me know if you want to return or exchange it so I can connect you with our Return's Department." Basically, they're saying no refunds will be given. I even attached all my past emails, but it seems like they weren't read or ignored.
