I purchased at Home Depot hired an installer from home depot to put the door in. After 1 month the door lock would not close properly so I started to lock it and the lock jammed and my Hudvand and my self were locked in the lock would not work.
Then we went to use the pulled down screen for the first time and the screen was not attached to frame. I called 3 times to complain and I was sent to a customer service person in another country who just mailed out a new lock and screen. I already paid an installer to put door in and now I have to pay a handy man to install lock and screen.
This company is a scam and they are ripping consumers off with their cheap product.

Claimed loss: 600.00

Desired outcome: For the company to replace the door with a new one or give me my money back
