Andersen Windows & Doors review: Patio Door

Purchased a Series 200 Patio Door in May of 2023 from our local Home Dopey. Within the first 2 weeks after the install from the contractors from Home Dopey the main panel door was very tough to open and close. The contractor came back and yes; the panel was warped and was replaced. Fast forward the door has always been difficult to open and close. We reached back out the installer to fix well time after time passes and just the run around. Now the door has ice forming at the bottom of the track and again we'll have to look at it. So as of this complaint we reached out to corporate headquarters, and I'm sure everyone knows where this will go, they were beyond useless. I will never purchase an Anderson product every!
