America's Car Mart I purchase a car from them the summer of 2020

I purchase a car from them the summer of 2020. The car had a 1 year, XXXXX mile warranty on the car. They sold me the car and said it had 108,000 miles on it, but it really was 110,000. The first engine blew up after 116,000. I took it to them and they replaced it with a used engine in December. The transmission and catalytic converter went out on the newly used engine at 119,000 miles. This was about three weeks ago. The put in a transmission and catalytic converter but the car is driving and sounding the same as before it was replaced. I took it to them and they have their own mechanics that repair their vehicles. She called me and said that there was something wrong with the car, and wanted to confirm with me. She said she had to call the mechanic back. When she reached back to me, she said the mechanic told her that nothing was wrong with it. I have video proof of how the engine sounds. She came and picked my car and drove it for several days, using my mileage I had under the warranty. She again said the mechanic told her nothing was wrong. The mechanic had me to come to his shop to tell him what I felt was wrong, the car was knocking and ticking. It was chattering bad and very loud. He told me that is how 4 cylinders sound. The manager of the car lot told me I could go and get it checked out by my mechanic and I will.

America's Car Mart I purchased a car from Car-Mart of Bowling Green around May

I purchased a car from Car-Mart of Bowling Green around May. I payed 4,000 down and purchased the service contract. 4 months after purchasing the car the transmission went completely out in September. I paid the 75 service fee. They guaranteed a better transmission. Even went as far as to say the transmission was basically new. A few weeks later the car was right back at the shop. This time, the coil packs were out. Another 75 service fee paid by me. In Janurary the transmission went out again. The car was stranded on the side of the road. I called car-mart was told they didn't pay tows and that I needed to do another service contract and pay the 75 service fee. I had the vehicle towed. Was over 100 to get it to the shop, then paid the 75 service. The car was in the shop another week and a half, I get it back, while driving it home the check engine light comes on again. This time it's for the catalytic converters. I paid the 75 service fee and had it fixed again. As I was looking over the service contract I signed, I found car-mart has lied to me numerous times. If the car breaks down due to a part covered under the service warranty, they are supposed to pay $75 to have it towed. Also, the service contract says "The 75 service fee will be waived for previously installed parts." Meaning they lied straight to my face once again about having to pay the $75 for the service fee on the second transmission. They say since the first transmission went out after 90 days I don't get my service fee back and the manager sarcastically said, "Good luck getting your tow back. I get to make the decisions for my lot." The service contract says nothing about 90 days. It plainly states "Service fee will be waived for previously installed parts." I can't speak for all Car-Mart locations, but this certain lot is corrupt and takes advantage of poor, hardworking Americans. They seem to prey on people of lower income. I made several attempts to make things right with them.
