Hi, I want to complain about the ring we boaght with my husband in december 2024, my ring is changing colours it black in colour now, when I bought the ring was silver grey it worth r3000, I went to the store to complaint they said theres nothing they can do with it it was janaury when I complain,

Claimed loss: Im ashamed of showing off my new ring because it no longer silver it black in colour and not shiny

Desired outcome: I would like to be given maybe something to clean the ring or a new ring please
