Scam company! Avoid!

I signed up to their free necklace offer and was also sent two extra jewellery pieces to try. The only stipulation mentioned in the order confirmation email, was that I return the extra pieces within 30 days if I decided I didn't want them. I did this and they confirmed they had received them and I wouldn't be charged. I thought that was the end of it until I received two more jewellery items after a few weeks, which I didn't order. I contacted them as I thought it must be a mistake. Their response was that I have an open, active account with them which means they will send me jewellery I don't want every few weeks. Nowhere in any of the prior emails did they mention that I need to actually close my account in order to stop receiving their jewellery. I told them I am happy to send the items back as long as they pay for postage, which they refused. Terrible customer service and very sneaky business tactics.

Several months ago I purchased a necklace for my granddaughter paying only the shipping price.

Since that time, I have been harassed on a constant basis for the sum of Fifty Dollars for additional pieces they allegedly sent; however. I Never received anything further from them which have advised them repeatedly, to no avail.

I am a 76yr old senior citizen with Stage IV colon cancer and their harassment is certainly NOT conducive to my health.

Necklace was nice but definitely NOT WORTH the aggravation!

I feel I was misinformed about joining their stupid little club which I did not know I did charging me 4995 and sending me silver plated jewelry? No no no I canceled this however they want me to return the crap and junk they sent me? That's just wrong I feel this was miss leading I cannot afford thisAnd did not intentionally sign up for some stupid club that sounds me crap jewelry

Amazon is where I do most of my shopping for everything from household supplies toys for my grandchildren snacks for my grandchildren cleaning supplies clothing electronics you name it if something doesn't fit or are they I don't like it they always do a fast refund no questions asked unless it's a private seller anything you buy with Amazon prime is wonderful thank you Amazon I will continue to shop with you online

I was on the "Get it free" site and they said I get a free gift a Nikola Valenti. So I clicked on it and it brought me to www.nickolavalenti.com . I had to pay like $1. 46 for tax or something for a white gold plated blue Austrian sapphire kewl necklace. Then they asked me to email 5 of my friends so they can get the same deal and also fill out this form on them... I don't know why I'm not praising anything until I see the necklace!

This company offered me a necklace for $1.00.. I received 3 necklaces and later got charged $49.98.. I called to notify them I was overcharged and was told I had agreed to have 25 days to return them if I didn't want them. I was unaware of any such agreement but they would not reimburse me for the $49.98. This is fraud in my opinion. I cannot prove this agreement but neither can they. I want my money back and don't think PayPal should have paid them without my approval.

I just ordered prayer coins to give to my friends and family. I was given one 3 days before I had a major stoke. It was in my pocket, and I had the stroke while I was waiting for a red light to change. I couldn't see the light change, do I kept my foot on the break, until help arrived. I truly believe that the prayers offered to me, because I held this coin saved me. You should carry one yourself and get on for those you love.. I'M STILL HERE 6 YEAR'S LATER! I had a fantastic experience when using Nikola Valenti's website! It was extremely simple to navigate. It took me about 3 mins to set up to become a client. I feel the entire concept to be absolutely amazing! You get a free necklace just for joining. You receive 2 other pieces to buy or send back. And you have an entire 25 days to decide! The same thing happens every 7 weeks (except the free jewelry part.) Who wouldn't want that?!?! I can't wait to receive my new, pretty, shiny things!

I have found the quality and feel fantastic!I have very sensitive skin and necklaces are extremely hard for me it where but do the quality of the bonding of metals used it won't wear off or flake ,or turn that ugly green mark around your neck! These people are scam artists. They offer you free jewelry, what they dont tell you is that they will charge $50 to your account for accepting a month later, and then subscribe you to continue receiving "free" jewelry which they will again, charge $50/ package for. Cancelling is a pain in the but and they refuse to pay return shipping for the items you didnt want and didnt ask for, and unless you pay Express shipping, they maintain if it doesnt get to them within a short span, they will charge you anyway.

I got a free piece of jewelry from Nikola Valenti for completing a survey. They included 2 free trial pieces with the free piece which I thought they were all a set or part of the free piece. I got an unexpected charge from them and when I called they said I kept the trial pieces so now I owe them $49.99. Is this really the only way you can sell your products? To mislead people from a free piece, including trial pieces which we then are inconvenienced to have to send back or pay for them? Zero stars my wife actually gave them away which tells me she didn't want or like them.

If all 5 Sharks signed on to this product, I know it must do exactly what it is advertised to do. I am looking forward to trying it for myself. The only negative I found was there was no mention of how much it costs after the trial period. I do believe this is important information, at least for me it is, I don't like being taken advantage of, so I did call to find out for myself, and found the person I spoke with very pleasant and helpful. It is quite expensive, especially if you are on a limited income, but she said they would work with you if you call before the trial is up.

I was very excited thinking I was getting a free Item at first and that all I had to do was pay the shipping. Well thats what I get for not reading the fine print. It had tied me into a long term contract that would have me paying for monthly shipment of items after the initial free one for a lot more money up wards of 25 plus dollars, plus tax plus shipping per month. This print was so small I had to expand my screen and put my strong glasses on. I gave three stars cause part of this was my fault in not reading the fine print and when I asked them to cancel my order they did so immediately.

I've recently bought the set of jewelry for a dollar. When I received their merchandise in the mail, I've noticed that it was fake, so I went to the post office the next day to return it. A month goes by and I notice that they've charged my account $49.89. I've emailed them several times, stating that I've sent their merchandise to them, but they haven't respond to a single email. If your a customer who've fallen under their scam, I want to know if they have ever sent a chargeback to your account. I've also contacted PayPal but this company made a false "refund" claim. I paid for a necklace for $1.00 for shipping and they sent me some additional pieces that I never asked for. Now they are refusing to allow me to return the jewelry because they said it was for to try and the allotted time has passed. I never went into a contract with them to purchase a subscription. I never even worn the jewelry, but they refused to accept it back. They are billing me 49.98 for jewelry that isn't even real. They have sent me threaten emails if I don't pay. They said their going to turn my bill over to a collection agency if I don't pay them.

I got cgarges 50 bucks for not returning jewelry that i paid for now my account is negative and they arent fixing it i never subscribed to anything and the fact in the package they never said to return anything exta is ridiculous like i paid for them and no company has gotten back to me about this charge on my card and one of the jewelry was broken and i had to fix it

On the 2nd of may 2023 I bought the austrian blue jewel necklace for £1 delivery when it arrived I realised that there where two extra pieces of jewellery I didn't order so I returned both the jewellery within the 25 day trial period. 4 months later I get a late fee email saying I haven’t paid it or sent the jewellery back within the 25 day period. I had completely forgotten about this so I chose to ignore it. Then on the 9th of october 2023 I got another email saying I had a $78 late fee payment and an extra $30 if I don’t pay it by the end of the week. Ive emailed the customer support then they replied back to me that the jewellery hasn’t been returned and they will email me back once its arrived but I physically can’t send it back as I already have.

Nikola Valenti Jewelry has been billing my credit card without my authorization and knowledge for over six months. When I noticed this discrepancy on my account I contacted Nikola Valenti and a customer service rep informed someone would email me. I received an email offering me more jewelry but not my refusing to refund my money which was fraudently taken. January 2, Nikola Valenti charged my card $49.98, February 4, Nikola Valenti charged my card $5.96, April 2, Nikola Valenti charged my card $49.98, April 18, Nikola Valenti charged my card $5.96, and June 4, Nikola Valenti charged my card 49.98. I did not order or authorize any transactions with Nikola Valenti. It is important to point out that I did not go on Nikola Valenti website and select jewelry and authorized Nikola Valenti to charge my credit card regarding the following charges described above.

In early Nov 2021, I subscribed to Nikola Valenti's jewelry delivery service. They sent 2x pieces of jewelry to my house for a 30-day trial. I opened the package and immediately determined that the jewelry was of inferior quality and likely counterfeit. I returned the package to the merchant within 30 days so as to receive a refund as stipulated in the subscription requirements. I wrote my account number on the exterior of the package and used return-to-sender instructions to send the package back in the same envelope the merchant used. I also canceled my subscription on 11/1921 as evidenced in the photo. The merchant issued a charge to my credit card on 1/10/22, several months later. The merchant indicated they did not receive the mail and refused to issue a refund. I believe this company is not acting in good faith and does business by refusing to honor cancelations. April, 6th 2021 Through PCH (Publisher Clearing House) I ordered an item from PCH and a add came up as an additional prize. A necklace for $1.46 I accepted. I then received a email that included 2 other pieces that were not mentioned at time I accepted the necklace. I was informed that I would receive them for $24.99 a piece (ear rings and another necklace) I tried to contact Nikola Venti via email to decline. To no avail. Now I have received them, and still cannot get in contact with them to return what I had no idea I was receiving in the first place. The web address is not accepting any of my information. Order#XXXXXXX Customer #XXXXXX Tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX They absolutely will not accept my information. I am completely frustrated. I'm afraid, if they are this so hard up for business, they may steal any information they have on me. Please help. For God's sake just check them out. How am I supposed to down load off PCH email?

I ordered earrings. Earrings out of stock. Nikola Valenti sent jewlery. I must have checked a box. Explained I am teacher remote learning not returned I called and emailed Nikola Valenti on May 6th to discuss a charge on my credit card for $49.98 and my situation. My intentions was to return the jewelry to prevent charges. I explained that I am a teacher and had to switch gears of traditional teaching to remote learning due to COVID19. It completely slipped my mind to mail back the items. I had webinars and professional development courses online that I had to take to learn the new methods of teaching online. I also explained that I never worn the jewelry and did not care for the pieces. I was willing to return the merchandise. I didn't realize it until I saw the charge. I asked if they would please refund my credit card. They continued to push to keep the jewelry and not refund my charge. I feel as though this company is VERY UNSYMPATHETIC.

One may get the, "free," jewelry after paying one's shipping & handling. If one does not like the jewelry or wishes to cancel for any reason one may do that. I took the, "free," jewelry and canceled the very next day. The, "company," claims there is very fine print somewhere on the original order that if one keeps the, "free," jewelry billing after that will be at a cost of $49.98 each and every month. It appears that one is required to return one piece at victim's expense of the jewelry in order to actually cancel. IE, they ignore one's original cancellation and just keep on billing at $49.98 every month. They refuse to ever give a refund when this occurs. It's a scam if ever there were one!

I am not using this jewelries and I only got it for my daughters birthday and it's cheap so why not? This company baits buyers into the initial "cheap" transaction, then begins sending random jewelry by mail and bills customers without authorization I clicked an ad on PCH and ordered the two pieces of jewelry since the price seemed reasonable and expected nothing more from this transaction. A week ago I received an enveloped from them which I assumed was promotional material and didn't open for a while. I finally opened and found jewelry that I know I didn't order and would not have ordered as I do not like the pieces. I find a letter inside without a date and no physical address and no contact email or phone number. I go to the website and there is no contact information there either. I don't want a subscription and I don't want this jewelry. I did find an online form to request a refund and return instructions but according to the letter they mailed me, all jewelry is non refundable (even if customer never placed the additional order). This is an illegal business practice and if I do not get my money back I will sue in civil court and begin speaking out on Facebook and Twitter and tell everyone at work never to get from this company.

I had called them on the 3rd. After looking up their phone number. Then had called them again on the 6th. . And then on the 11th about the situation of returning the $49.98 .I never had received any jewelry from them order them. I was told on the third it would take up to 6 days. To return my refund it is now. It is now the 13th, and they won't reply back to me. And they keep saying it takes 6 days to refund me and still will not refund me. They keep giving me the runaround. Returned undesired jewelry and am still being billed monthly I ran across an Internet ad for Nikola Valenti jewelry and decided to try their "25-day, no obligation, no risk" offer. There was a $1.46 shipping charge so I put it on my Visa debit card through Netspend. I received the jewelry, and liked one piece. I followed the precise directions to return the other jewelry selections and even paid the shipping, some $7.00. Now, upon reviewing my Citizen's bank Visa account, I notice that there is a charge to that card for $5.36, when I did not authorize any such charge. I am not even sure how the company obtained that Visa card number ending in ***. If Nicola Valenti has sent me another jewelry selection, in hopes that I will just be thrilled and pay the $24.99 they are sadly mistaken. I would like a representative from Nicola Valenti to contact me with an RMA number so the company pays shipping costs for me to return their unwanted merchandise. Under Order #*** I was sent an Australian blue jewel necklace, waterdrop stud earrings, and a pace clover necklace. I kept the Australian blue necklace and returned the other two selections well within the 25-day period specified. How they got my Citizen's Visa card number is anyone's guess. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford them to be charging me even $1.46, let alone $5.36. I want this issue investigated and Nicola Valenti to stop sending me their products.

I never got the package and the company is telling me to return items or I will be charged. A add popped up for a white gold plated necklace with a blue Jewel and only was supposed to have to pay $1.94 shipping and handling so I decided it was a good deal and did it. Well realised after put in my card info that they sent two other pieces of jewelery with it and if don't send it back you get charged $25 for each piece,so will be charged $50. Well the main issue I have is that the package NEVER got delivered to my house. It says my order was created on 10/28, processed on 10/31 and delivered on 11/13 but it was not delivered to my house. I am the only one the checks my mail and I have cameras outside my house so I know that no one else went in my mailbox. I contacted the company and they canceled my account so I won't be sent the two pieces of jewelery a month but told me I need to return the two pieces that were sent with the necklace that I originally wanted and ordered that I paid the shipping and handling for. I never got the package with any of the jewelery and didn't even get to know what the other two pieces were or see them. I better not be charged for something I never got or even saw! My order number was 1995408. Can you please help me with this and make sure I don't get charged. This company should not be able to do this. If there going to send something you have to return or will be charged for they should send it to where it has to be signed for or something...

Never received merchandise that was charged. Purchase date- unsure because I never received anything. I wasnt aware the company received my order for the free necklace so I had no idea until funds taken out of my account. Customer no. ***. Was to receive a blue necklace. Was unaware there were 2 other items until I called customer support asking what the charge was and funds taken. I dont know what the other 2 items were since I did not receive the merchandise. An email sent back accusing me of theft and they stated they had an i.p. address and tracking number. I never received the merchandise. If I received it, I dont mind paying. They told me that I never returned the merchandise so therefore I was charged. How can I return something that I never received it. Then to get an email accusing me. If this is how they treat customers. I want no part of this company. I have no order number, so I am unable to provide this . With the holidays and covid, I shoild have been given the benefit of a doubt. This was a free necklace. I have no knowledge of what else was in the order. I am glad that I found out now about this company before going forward. I would like 49.98 refunded back to me. I didn't even know what the order was. The company already canceled my subscription, leaving me with nothing. No funds and no jewelry. The office stated the order was mailed on 11/28. Like I said. I had no idea that they received my order for the free necklace. The company should have sent me an email about the order. Something stating it was mailed. The only confirmation I received was charges taken from my account.

I cancelled because I didn't receive all 3 necklaces then 2 months later they took money that wasn't even mine out of my paypal I subscribed to get one necklace that saw and loved in July. The amount was less than $20, so it seemed fair. I received 2 out of the 3 necklaces and the one I wanted wasn't even in the package. I got 3 bags and one was empty. I couldn't find a contact phone number, so I wrote to them about the folly asking for a refund and to cancel. I never heard back from them. They said that it was made clear I was supposed to return the jewelry which is not the case. I complained that the terms of use that he said it was stayed in is a lot of fine print which they always put their little loopholes in. He rudely stated that print wasn't "fine" but the same size font everything is in. If that were the case, I would've sent the jewelry back no problem. Instead, I threw it away. The jewelry I got wasn't my style at all. I don't wear costume jewelry. That one necklace just really caught my eye so I wanted to get it. The other stuff I got was of no account. Now I have to explain to my boyfriend what happened to his money. I don't have the money to replace it. I get less than $500 a month on disability. I wish I hadn't trusted a site that was selling their jewelry dirt cheap I should've known they would do d a way to get more money than they're jewelry was worth from me.
